Our THRIVE series is one of our newest program offerings and is part of our focus on charity collaboration (COLAB). THRIVE is our way of giving back to the charitable sector that has done so much for us and helped us steward the grace and make the world a better place for all.

The charitable sector is full of incredible people and organizations looking to make an impact and tackle some of the world's most difficult problems. However, in doing so, charities and non-profits are often at the mercy of government funding, running on shoe-string budgets, competing against each other for service delivery, and under-appreciated within their communities. As a result, there is a high rate of burnout among employees of the non-profit sector, despite the incredibly selfless and talented workforce that comprise it.

For nearly 30 years, our foundation has relied on countless charities and non-profits to help us make a difference around the world through our philanthropy. Our programming has been developed to help address burnout, promote collaboration, enhance synergy, and create symbiotic connections within the non-profit sector. Our goal is to connect with charity leaders, promote respite and self-care, and offer a giant THANK YOU - all while creating a culture of connectedness and collaboration within our charitable partnerships. To achieve this, we take a very adventurous approach, quite literally!
