Meet the lovely, wonderfully talented, graceful, and inspiring Sandra Stober. Sandra is not just the matriarch of our family but also the driving force and visionary behind the family’s philanthropy for the past 40 years. She has single handedly helped shape our foundation into what it is today while inspiring her children (Linda, Mark, Carolyn, and Ken), and her thirteen grandchildren, to live a meaningful, graceful, philanthropy first life; her proudest achievement.
Ken Stober is the newly appointed president of the Stober Foundation, succeeding his mother, Sandra, in 2019. Ken brings a new visionary approach to philanthropy that is sure to build upon the grace that has shaped the foundation to date. With over 25 years’ experience working in a real estate development and property management, Ken now uses his business experience to maximize results in the world of people and not-for-profit organizations.
Meet Carolyn, the current Vice President of the Stober Foundation. Carolyn is an innovator and a creative visionary with a passion for developing leadership resources that promote personal and social change. Her people first approach in business and strategic visionary thinking will undoubtedly help drive our foundation forward.
Meet Linda, the official socialite of the Stober Foundation and a key player in our community development. In addition to being a mother to two beautiful daughters, Linda is also a social entrepreneur and community leader. She has spent most of her life in Kelowna and has led by example, working diligently to make our community a better place for all.
Meet Matt, our resident expert in building and a key player in community development. Originally from Vancouver Island, Matt relocated to Kelowna to pursue development and luxury home building within the Okanagan Valley, where he met his beautiful wife, Carolyn.
Meet Keith, the Executive Director and lead philanthropist of the Stober Foundation. Several years ago, Keith connected with the Stober’s through a common passion for philanthropy and a desire to make a positive impact in the Okanagan Valley. Since then, Keith has worked closely with the Stober family to direct, guide, and shape their mutual interests and goals in philanthropy from vision into reality. He is often the on the front lines, dealing with both local and global charities’ initiatives.
