Ever since she opened her business, Shandi Swartz, the owner/operator of Strut Shoes in hip and happening Pandosy Village, has been urging her customers to round up their bills to the nearest dollar to raise funds for scholarships and bursaries through the Central Okanagan Bursaries and Scholarship Society. To date, her and her loyal customers' efforts have yielded more than $14,000.00! When we got word of her incredible community spirit and generosity, we knew we had to honour her, her customers, and our community in a BIG way!
