Our THRIVE series is one of our newest program offerings and part of our focus on charity collaboration (COLAB) initiative. It is our way of giving back to a charitable sector who has done so much for us and helped us steward the grace and make the world a better place for all.
Within the charitable sector, there are countless organizations (full of incredible people) looking to make an impact and tackle some of the worlds most difficult problems. However, in doing so, charities/non-profits are often at the peril of government funding, running on shoe string budgets, competing against one another for service delivery, and under appreciated within their communities. As such, it should come as no surprise that there is an high rate of burnout within employees of the non-profit sector itself, despite the incredibly selfless and talented workforce that comprise it.
For nearly 30 years our foundation has relied on countless charities and non-profits to help us make difference around the world through our philanthropy. Our programming has been developed to help address burnout, promote collaboration, enhance synergy, and create symbiotic connection within the non-profit sector. Our goal is to connect with charity leaders promote respite, self care, and offer a giant THANK YOU - all while creating a culture of connectedness and collaboration within our charitable partnerships. To achieve this, we take a very adventurous approach, quite literally!
We have set up our programming much like a summer camp getaway, complete with fun, freedom, and functional team building. Oh wait, did we mention that it's FREE!?!?

Our inaugural REVIVE workshop took place in the fall of 2021 with the beautiful Revelstoke Mountain Resort as a backdrop to an amazing 2 days of adventure, respite, and connection. We had 13 leaders from charities from across British Columbia attend it was truly a weekend to remember!
Our next event will be taking place in the summer of 2022 in the beautiful Osoyoos Valley. Known for its dry climate, breathtaking views, and world class wine culture, this 4 day workshop will be a very unique team building event to say the least. It's going to be one people won't forget any time soon!
Our family foundation was created to help those in need. We have been tremendously blessed to be in the graceful position to help others. As a family, we need to come together and adapt in order to provide support and opportunities for change. In doing so, we can help others become whole, better their circumstances, their lives, and ultimately the lives of so many others through their success. Let us steward with grace, effectively and with great impact.
